Getting started
Go from sign-up to your first markup in under five minutes.
Create a project
After signing up, click "New Project" on the dashboard. Give it a name like the job address or project name. This is where all your drawings for one job live.
Upload your drawings
Open the project and drag in your construction PDF. Multi-page sets get split into individual sheets automatically. The AI will sort them by type.
Open the editor
Click any sheet to open it in the editor. From here you can pan, zoom, drop comment pins, draw markups, and switch between trade layers.
Invite your crew
Go to your organization settings and invite team members by email. Assign roles so subs only see their scope and PMs see everything.

Projects and files
How to create projects, upload drawing sets, and organize sheets by level. Each project holds all the drawings for one job.
- Create a new project from the dashboard
- Drag and drop PDF or image files to upload
- Multi-page PDFs are split into individual sheets
- Rename, reorder, or delete sheets anytime
Editor and markup tools
The editor is where you view and mark up your plans. Use the toolbar to switch between pan, comment, and draw modes.
- Pan mode lets you scroll and zoom the drawing
- Comment mode lets you pin notes to the plan
- Draw mode gives you freehand markup tools
- Use the floating toolbar for quick access
Comments and punch lists
Pin comments directly on the drawing to flag issues. Each comment is tied to an exact location so there is no confusion about what you are talking about.
- Click anywhere on the plan to drop a pin
- Add text, attach photos from the site
- Assign comments to specific team members
- Mark items resolved when the work is done
Trade layers
Each trade gets its own layer so your subs only see what is relevant to them. Toggle layers on and off from the layers panel.
- Default layers: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Structural
- Create custom layers for your workflow
- Toggle layers on and off to focus on one trade
- Layer-based notifications keep subs informed
AI floorplan sorting
When you upload a drawing set, the AI reads each title block and classifies every sheet by type. No manual sorting needed.
- Detects floor plans, elevations, sections, details
- Reads title block data like sheet number and project name
- Identifies rooms and spaces on floor plans
- Works on standard construction drawing sets
Export and sharing
Download marked-up plans as PDFs or images for submittals, RFIs, or site binders. Share projects with a link.
- Export plans with all annotations included

- Guest access does not require an account
Teams and roles
Invite your crew and control who sees what with role-based access. Set up organizations to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Invite team members by email
- Assign roles: Admin, Member, or Viewer
- Subs only see their assigned trade layer
- PMs and GCs get full visibility across all layers
